Winter Holidays
Each December the Museum of Mississippi History celebrates the season with Winter Holidays. The museum’s toy trains run through the model town of Possum Ridge, assembled in the William F. Winter Archives and History Building in Jackson. Trees decorated to represent various periods of history and vintage toys are on display in the Winter Building lobby. A Special Visitor Comes to Possum Ridge is also shown. For grades K–6, weekdays in December. For more information contact the Museum of Mississippi History by email or at 601-576-6920.
